News Type:

On December 4, the Listing Review Committee of the Taiwan Stock Exchange approved the application by Ventec International Group-KY to be listed, and the upper-stream substrate of the copper clad laminate (CCL) industry with printed circuit board (PCB) thus receives another "new recruit." Ventec plans to go public in late April next year.

The revenue from related public and OTC CCL manufacturers such as Nan Ya Plastics is first in trade, followed by others like EMC, ITEQ Corporation, Tuc, and Ventec.

A niche type CCL supplier, Ventec -- KY has resorted to developing high gross-profit products, especially PI substrates for military engineering and aeronautical applications, as well as PP products utilized in rigid flex PCB. Along with the continuous and fast growth of heat-dissipation aluminum PCB, its gross profit and profit-making ability are considered outstanding in the trade.

In recent years, Ventec has been actively working on product adjustment, deploying both domestic and overseas markets, and focusing on improving its financial structure. Regarding its financial statements from the previous three quarters, not only has its revenue created a new height against that from previous years, but its gross-profit rate and net profit after tax have also set it apart from other public and OTC peers of CCL, putting it at the forefront of the PCB industrial chain.

Ventec points out that it considers the fourth season of PCB to demonstrate bright performance, which is traditionally a slack season in the trade. Its revenue in October was NT$0.492 billion, while that of the previous ten months was NT$4.547 billion, making a record as the spotlight of its revenue growth.

Ventec has also made a lot of efforts in the area of hydrocarbon high-frequency materials for 5-G radar antenna applications. With related network-communication products being launched in the upper half year, they have already been certified by several clients and put into trial production, and these products are expected to contribute to its turnover and profit.
