【行業亮點】建立「一個標準、兩個平台」 PCB產業組A-Team拚智慧製造

台灣PCB產業在全球市佔率第一，為在下一世代電子產品競爭中持續把握競爭優勢，現PCB製造業已逐漸在工業4.0與智慧製造佈局。去年10月，在台灣電路板協會(TPCA)促成下達成產業跨界合作，包括工業計算機大廠研華、迅得機械以及PCB廠欣興、燿華與敬鵬等業者共組PCB智慧製造聯盟( A-Team)，以「一個標準、兩個平台」為聯盟核心架構，集結產業多方資源推動PCB產業導入智慧製造。
經濟部工業局副組長呂正欽在TPCA Show 2018的PCB A-Team製造成果分享論壇中指出，台灣PCB產業年產值雖高達新台幣5,000億~6,000億元，佔製造業產值分量龐大，惟較可惜的是智慧化程度不足，難以跟上智慧製造潮流，不過另一方面也顯現該產業若能導入智慧製造則效益必然龐大，「量大做起來一定很快看得到效果！」
研華科技協理周連和針對PCB A-Team的發展策略解釋時表示，PCB A-Team的核心系建立在「一個標準、兩個平台」為主的架構。一個標準指的是通訊標準，也就是建立機台設備共通的語言，PCB A-Team跟隨半導體產業先進的腳步，同樣採用SECS/GEM標準將機台設備與系統互相串連。至於兩個平台，則分別為以技術為主的智慧製造平台，以及集結法人、系統整合商、設備商及PCB廠等業者跨聯盟的合作平台。 (新聞來源:DIGITIMES)
