大陸國務院關稅稅則委員會發佈公告決定對美國原產的約600億美元進口商品實施加徵關稅

2018年7月11日美國政府宣布對從大陸進口的約2000億美元商品加徵10%關稅，8月2日又將加徵稅率提高至25%。 2018年9月18日，美國政府宣布實施對從大陸進口的約2000億美元商品加徵關稅的措施，自2018年9月24日起加徵關稅稅率為10%，2019年1月1日起加徵關稅稅率提高到25%。美方一意孤行，導致中美貿易摩擦不斷升級。為捍衛自由貿易和多邊體制，捍衛自身合法權益，中方不得不對已公佈的約600億美元清單商品實施加徵關稅措施。
根據《中華人民共和國對外貿易法》《中華人民共和國進出口關稅條例》等法律法規和國際法基本原則，經大陸國務院批准，大陸國務院關稅稅則委員會決定對原產於美國的5207個稅目、約600億美元商品，加徵10%或5%的關稅，自2018年9月24日12時01分起實施。如果美方執意進一步提高加徵關稅稅率，中方將給予相應回應，有關事項另行公佈。 （新聞來源：中國證券網）
