搶大陸內存市場 日月光不缺席

日月光集團董事長張虔生表示，日月光半導體將會參與大陸發展內存商機，近期矽品已赴福建建廠，並開放紫光入股投資矽品蘇州，未來隨大陸內存產能提升，會再擴大規模。
大陸積極發展內存產業，引起三星、美光等大廠高度關注。面對龐大的商機，張虔生首度透露，日月光集團也會是大陸發展內存業的主要參與成員，並提出最新的策略。
目前佈局大陸內存封測市場的台資企業包括力成、南茂、華東及京元電等，凸顯大陸內存產業仍是台灣封測廠眼中的一塊大餅。
矽品在被日月光合併前，已在大陸耕耘內存封測多年，尤其矽品和聯電長期友好的關係，聯電協助福建晉興建的12吋廠即將投產，矽品為此決定在福建斥資8.66億元興建封測廠，同時配合邏輯芯片客戶，就近提供封測產能。此外，矽品蘇州廠也引進紫光集團資金，紫光斥資人民幣10.26億元，取得矽品蘇州30%股權，未來將成紫光集團後段內存封測成員。 (新聞來源：經濟日報)
