歐盟反托拉斯開罰

歐盟執委會競爭總署（European Commission）於2017年2月間，針對跨國品牌業者包括華碩、Denon & Marantz、飛利浦及先鋒（Pioneer）等展開之反托拉斯之調查案，7月24日宣布裁罰總額達1億1,124.2萬歐元。
依該署昨發布之調查結果指出，上述4家消費性電子產品品牌業者，因違反歐盟競爭規定、部分歐洲國家對其之在線零售通路徵收固定或最低轉售價格，而被處以罰款，該署也在4家業者提出相關事證及願意合作協商後，分別減免華碩、Denon & Marantz及飛利浦3業者之罰金40％，另減免先鋒之罰金50％。 (新聞來源: 中時電子報)
