簽約128億元人民幣項目 四川綿陽為電子信息產業強“芯”

近日，四川省綿陽市政府與諾思（天津）微系統有限公司簽署戰略合作協議：諾思（綿陽）微系統基地項目落戶綿陽，總投資128億元人民幣，年產不低於100億顆FBAR濾波器芯片。副省長彭宇行、天津大學黨委書記李家俊出席簽約儀式。
諾思（綿陽）微系統基地項目位於綿陽市遊仙區，主要生產FBAR濾波器芯片，分兩期投資建設。項目全面投產後，年產不低於100億顆FBAR濾波器芯片，預計實現年產值約150億元人民幣，直接帶動就業3000人。
據介紹，濾波器作為無線通訊中的核心器件，到2020年市場規模將達千億元人民幣級別。作為四川省重要的電子信息產業基地，近年來綿陽陸續引入一批總投資超百億元的電子信息項目，如投資465億元人民幣的京東方綿陽第6代AMOLED（柔性）生產線、投資240億元人民幣的惠科第8.6代薄膜晶體管液晶顯示器項目。隨著諾思（綿陽）微系統基地項目的投資建設，將實現綿陽集成電路產業的新突破，也將進一步完善綿陽電子信息產業鏈，形成以終端產品關鍵顯示器件及集成電路為核心的完整產業生態。 （新聞來源：中國電子報、電子信息產業網）
