WTO: 貿易緊張局勢正影響全球經濟

世界貿易組織(WTO)指出，主要經濟體建立起的貿易壁壘，可能危害全球經濟復甦，而且其影響已經開始出現。
世貿總幹事阿澤維多(Roberto Azevedo)在有關 G20貿易限制的報告中表示，不斷升級的局勢為各國經濟增長和復蘇帶來嚴重威脅，部分前瞻性指標亦已對此有所反映。
世貿在7月5月發布的季度貿易前景指針顯示，次季貿易增長可能較首季出現放緩。分析又發現，G20國家在去年10月中旬至今年5月中旬期間，推出了39項新貿易限制舉措，數量是前一時期的兩倍，涉及的商品包括鐵礦石、鋼鐵、塑料和汽車。
阿澤維多稱，G20國家採取的新貿易限制舉措明顯增多，應引起國際社會真正的關注，又稱在評估期結束後的幾週內，有更多限制措施出現。報告表示，在全球金融危機過後，環球經濟終於開始產生持續性經濟增長動力之際，貿易限制行動擴增所帶來的不確定性，可能把經濟復甦置於危險境地。而全球貿易體系的建立旨在解決此類問題，但緊張局勢不斷升級卻對該體系本身構成威脅，G20經濟體需要竭盡所能緩和局勢，促進貿易進一步復甦。 (新聞來源: 鉅亨網)
