大陸兩部門聯合推動人工智能等技術與供應鏈融合

近日，大陸財政部、商務部對外印發《關於開展2018年流通領域現代供應鏈體系建設的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。
《通知》指出，加強信息化建設，發展智慧供應鏈。一是規範信息數據和接口。加快推廣基於全球統一編碼標識（GS1）的商品條碼體系，推動托盤條碼與商品條碼、箱碼、物流單元代碼關聯銜接，實現商品和集裝單元的源頭信息綁定，並沿供應鏈順暢流轉。二是提升智能化水平。推動大數據、雲計算、區塊鏈、人工智能等技術與供應鏈融合，發展具有供應鏈協同效應的公共型平台，支持上下游用戶的生產、採購、倉儲、運輸、銷售等管理系統相對接，平台與平台之間相對接，實現相關方單元化的信息數據正向可追踪、逆向可溯源、橫向可對比，發揮供應鏈對優化生產、加快周轉、精准銷售、品質控制、決策管理等作用。
《通知》指出，聚焦重點行業領域，提高供應鏈協同化水平。推動家電、汽車零部件、日用電子產品等發展生產服務型供應鏈。鼓勵優勢生產企業聚焦研發主業、輔助業務外包，佔領價值鏈高端；推動專業物流企業嵌入採購、生產、物流、銷售全環節，提供一體化供應鏈服務。 （新聞來源：中國電子報、電子信息產業網）
