蘋果新OLED iPhone決定減少採用RFPCB

據消息人士透露，蘋果接下來新推出的OLED iPhone已決定減少使用軟硬印複合板（RFPCB），將以價格更便宜且較不先進的多層軟性印刷電路板（multi－FPCB）取代。
韓國網站The Investor報導，RFPCB 是連接iPhone X內嵌芯片和麵板的關鍵零件，而定於9月發布的新OLED iPhone的觸控面板可能採用多層軟性印刷電路板，大部分是考慮到價格和生產的因素。
iPhone X先前傳出天冷當機的關鍵原因，就在於RFPCB模塊的連接問題，蘋果為此展開大規模調查，也導致若干零件供應廠短暫停工。 （新聞來源：PCB開門網）
