重大線路板項目落戶江西信豐

近日，江西贛州信豐縣舉行重大項目集中籤約儀式，共簽約項目5個，總投資137億元人民幣。
這五個項目分別是上海安締諾科技有限公司投資的COF封裝板、LCP板及高頻材料項目；深圳市麥瀾創新科技有限公司投資的恩鉑力新材料產業園項目；深圳市日行光學集團公司投資的江西日行光電信息產業園項目；深圳市富翔科技有限公司與深圳市中絡電子有限公司共同投資的高精密度多層電路板製造項目；上市公司贛州銀龍軌道有限公司投資的年產5萬塊高速鐵路軌道板項目。
其中，合力泰上下游關聯項目總投資50億元人民幣、固投30億元人民幣的安締諾COF封裝板、LCP板及高頻材料項目，總投資50億元人民幣、固投約30億元人民幣的恩鉑力新材料產業園項目，總投資20億元人民幣、固投11.6億元人民幣日行光電信息產業園項目和總投資12億元人民幣、固投8億元人民幣的富翔高精密度多層電路板製造項目的簽約落地，有力地推動了信豐縣圍繞電子信息首位產業，加快形成智能設備製造、電子新材、線路板、智能模組製造四大電子信息產業集群，加速呈現航母企業引領帶動產業集群發展的良好態勢。
