蘋果牽線 可成入股嘉聯益

可成15日公告，透過子公司可耀斥資11.27億元，參與嘉聯益現增案，取得逾2.9萬張增資股，持股比重約7.42%，躍嘉聯益最大法人股東，是首宗台灣蘋概股入股另一家台灣蘋概股的結盟案。
可成是蘋果金屬機殼供貨商，嘉聯益則供應蘋果天線軟板。據了解，此次可成入股嘉聯益金額雖不大，卻有很重要的意義，此案由蘋果出面要求並牽線促成，全力扶持兩家供貨商，凸顯蘋果對台灣零組件廠的重視。
針對蘋果牽線聯姻，可成發言系統不予置評，僅指出雙方結盟是為了因應大客戶未來新產品所需的準備，而嘉聯益與可成分別在軟板、機殼產業為領先企業，彼此合作將有助於開發出更具競爭力的產品，搶攻市場商機。 (新聞來源:經濟日報)
