中京電子欲3.3億人民幣收購FPC龍頭元盛電子

近日，又有一起相關的收購案敲定。 10日，惠州中京電子科技股份有限公司發布了重大資產購買報告書，擬支付現金3.3億元人民幣的方式購買珠海億盛科技開發有限公司55.00%股權以及珠海元盛電子科技股份有限公司29.18%股權。
公告顯示，本次交易完成後，中京投資將直接持有元盛電子29.18%的股權，並通過珠海億盛間接控制元盛電子46.94%的股權，合計控制其76.12%的股權，實現對元盛電子的控制。
元盛電子系國內最早從事FPC開發的企業之一，也是目前國內FPC行業的龍頭企業之一，主要從事撓性印製電路板（FPC）及其組件（FPCA）的研發、生產和銷售，產品全部為撓性電路板及相關產品。
中京電子稱，收購完成後，公司將形成覆蓋剛性電路板（多層板和HDI為核心）、撓性電路板（單雙面板、多層板、剛撓結合板）的全系列PCB產品組合，豐富公司產品結構，提升公司整體競爭力。與此同時，公司將進一步擴大市場份額、增加市場佔有率，提升自身在下游消費電子、網絡通訊、汽車電子行業的知名度，協同利用雙方的銷售管道、客戶資源，拓展撓性電路板、剛性電路板在雙方已有客戶群體中的市場佔有率。 (新聞來源：上海證券報)
