衛計委：H7N9流感患者可用新農合預付醫療費

針對人感染H7N9禽流感患者醫療費用負擔問題，4月16日，大陸國家衛生和計劃生育委員會印發通知強調，人感染H7N9禽流感患者出院時只需支付其醫藥費用的自負部分，新農合報銷部分由醫療機構墊付，新農合管理經辦機構要通過及時結算或預付部分費用等方式緩解醫療機構墊付費用壓力，決不允許出現因費用問題而影響和放棄治療的現象。通知還要求，各地充分發揮新農合的保障作用，積極支援相關醫療救治和疫情防控工作，緩解農村患者的醫藥費用負擔，協同做好人感染H7N9禽流感防控和救治工作。(來源：中國網)
