台積電南京廠Q1投產 五月開始出貨

台積電在南京興建大陸首座最先進製程12寸晶圓廠，在試產良率超乎預期下，已預定本季末開始投片，5月開始出貨，時程比預訂提前半年。
據悉，台積電南京廠將以16nm切入量產，規劃月產能2萬片。台積電董事長張忠謀先前曾強調，台積電南京廠將是大陸首座能夠在地量產16nm製程的重要基地，不僅能大幅提升大陸在地晶圓代工水平，也透過兩岸緊密合作，帶來更多互利、共贏商機。
台積電原規劃南京廠預定今年下半年投片量產，但在台積電加速裝機時程及試產良率快速提升，已訂本季末正式投片，預定5月開始出貨，主要為應用在手機和網絡的大陸客戶芯片。台積電也在南京設立設計服務中心，就近服務當地客戶，其中尤以近期快速崛起的人工智能（AI）委託案最熱門。 (新聞來源：集微網)
