京半導體研發可自行發電太陽能電池纖布

位於日本京都的太陽能電池製造商-京半導體，日前成功將極小顆粒的太陽能電池織成布料，使得這種能夠自行發電的纖維成為世界創舉。此種球狀太陽能電池又稱球矽太陽能電池，是京半導體於1995年研發而成，有別於一般平面太陽能板的設計，採用球狀設計，可以更高效的獲取太陽光。一年的發電總量為一般太陽能板的2~3倍。新開發的球矽太陽能電池布料的運用將更為廣泛，這套技術也將應用於電子零件上，預計於3年後實用化。(資料整理：自由時報)
