打破三星獨大局面台廠MiniLED明年出貨

台灣LED廠近期不約而同喊出迷你LED最快明年第2季出貨，讓低迷已久的台灣LED廠營運出現曙光，希望在手機顯示屏幕上突破三星一家OLED獨大局面，台廠正積極搶占這塊大餅。
LEDinside研究副理楊富寶預估，Mini LED未來發展方向涵蓋電視，手機，車用面板等，2023年Mini LED產值至少達10億美元以上。
全球許多廠商積極發展Mini LED相關應用，芯片廠有晶電，隆達，三安，華燦等;封裝廠有億光，榮創，宏齊，首爾半導體等;驅動IC廠具有聚積，瑞鼎等。
晶電總經理周銘俊指出，公司已和客戶研究中，估計以約6吋手機而言，目前約需3000至5000顆芯片，客戶希望芯片使用數量能減半且背光效果不變，同時光形也符合需求，就可量產。
晶電高級估計，晶電在Mini LED研發將於今年底至明年初有具體成果，最快明年第2季底前可投產，對未來出貨展望相當樂觀。
友達集團旗下隆達，群創的榮創，這二家以LED封裝為主力，雖然在迷你LED佈局相對低調，不過隆達曾對外表示，Mini LED相關技術及產品希望在明年第2季推出，榮創並鎖定Mini LED做為電視背光領域。宏齊副總經理莊峰輝表示，目前公司在Mini LED技術推升已在最後階段，最快明年第2季出貨。（新聞來源：經濟日報）
