研調：明年全球服務器出貨成長5.5％

根據集邦科技內存儲存研究（集邦）研究指出，受到產業轉型，智能終端裝置普及率增加，近年來絕大部分的服務都是透過服務器來做統合，特別是需要龐大數據進行運算與訓練的服務，甚至是虛擬化平台以及雲端儲存的帶動，對服務器需求與日俱增，其中，數據中心的服務器需求將成為整體服務器市場出貨成長的關鍵，預估2018年全球服務器出貨量將成長5.53％。
若從全球服務器出貨佔比來分析，主要供貨廠商仍集中在三大服務器品牌HPE，戴爾與聯想，三大廠2017年市佔率分別為18％，17％與7％; 2018年三大廠仍將維持在服務器市場優勢，出貨市佔率將達17％，16％，7％。
從內存市場需求面來看，服務器搭載的容量提升驅動內存使用量，根據集邦統計，平均一座數據中心可容納約8000至15000個服務器機架，而一個機架可搭載4台以上不同尺寸的服務器，據估算將會消耗約10Mn GB至20Mn GB的服務器用內存。在2020年前，全球七大網絡數據中心仍有逾十座建案正在進行，其中北美業者囊括全球八成佔比，另一方面，大陸區業者則受惠於政策驅動，預估在2020年前將維持每年二至三成的年增率（新聞來源：UDN聯合新聞網）。
