長春看好電動車砸230億新台幣擴銅箔

瞄準全球電動車加速爆發趨勢，長春集團斥資近230億元新台幣啟動兩岸鋰電池電極用銅箔擴產大計。長春集團總裁林書鴻表示，目前各車輛使用的鋰電池大廠，長春都有長期供貨;考慮需求成長趨勢，大陸常熟銅箔二廠擴建正在試車;台灣興建中年產1.8萬噸新廠預定2019年6月加入營運近日更決定在大陸東北盤錦市遼東灣新區，計劃一次興建年產3.6萬噸銅箔新廠，預計2020年上半年開始生產。
林書鴻透露，目前長春在全球鋰電池電極用銅箔市佔約二成，隨著全球電動車趨勢加速躍進，搭配長春新產陸續擴建完成，預估2021年鋰電池電極用銅箔全球市佔率可望推升至近三成。長春現有銅箔總年產10.8萬噸，其中，鋰電池用銅箔3萬噸，伴隨新產完工，銅箔總年產可達17.28萬噸。其中，鋰電池用銅箔產能10.2萬噸。
林書鴻認為，汽車加快向新能源，輕量化方向發展。電動車的關鍵在鋰電池，鋰電池的心臟在於電極，鋰電池用銅箔的質量，對行車穩定安全保障和電池使用的安全性很重要，並非一般只求量產的產線所能保證和服務的。
長春大陸已有一條年產1.8萬噸銅箔廠，因質量極為優異，全載運作。目前規劃新建中的銅箔總年產共5.4萬噸，應足以因應未來幾年內鋰電池用精細銅箔及電子電路銅箔廠對銅箔需求。（新聞來源：工商時報）
