江蘇大氣和水污染物稅額標准出台明年1月施行

“江蘇省人民代表大會常務委員會關於大氣污染物和水污染物環境保護稅適用稅額的決定”於近日通過，自2018年1月1日起施行。
根據“中華人民共和國環境保護稅法”規定，統籌考慮江蘇省環境承載能力，污染物排放現狀和經濟社會生態發展目標要求，對江蘇省大氣污染物和水污染物環境保護稅適用稅額作出如下決定：
一，大氣污染物稅額標準
南京市為每污染當量RMB8.4元，無錫市，常州市，蘇州市，鎮江市為每污染當量人民幣600元，徐州市，南通市，連雲港市，淮安市，鹽城市，揚州市，泰州市，宿遷市為每污染當量RMB4.8元。
二，水污染物稅額標準
南京市為每污染當量RMB8.4元，無錫市，常州市，蘇州市，鎮江市為每污染當量人民幣70元，徐州市，南通市，連雲港市，淮安市，鹽城市，揚州市，泰州市，宿遷市為每污染當量RMB5.6元。
本決定自2018年1月1日起施行，同時依法不再徵收排污費（新聞來源：新華日報）。
