高端智能再製造三年發展目標明確規模將達2000億人民幣

日前從大陸工信部獨家獲悉，為推動發展高端再製造，智能再製造，大陸工信部於近期正式出台“高端智能再製造行動計劃（2018- 2020年）”。根據“計劃”，未來三年，大陸將聚焦醫療影像設備，重型機床及油氣田裝備等關鍵領域，以及增材製造，特種材料，智能加工，無損檢測等綠色基礎共性技術在再製造領域的應用，進一步促進再製造產業不斷發展壯大。
到2020年，大陸將突破一批制約高端智能再製造發展的拆解，檢測，成形加工等關鍵共性技術，智慧檢測，成形加工技術達到國際先進水平;發布50項高端智能再製造管理，技術，裝備及評價等標準;初步建立可複製推廣的再製造產品應用市場化機制;推動建立100家高端智能再製造示範企業，技術研發中心，服務企業，信息服務平台，產業集聚區等，帶動大陸再製造產業規模達到2000億元人民幣。
為確保“計劃”順利實施，未來三年大陸還將實施一系列相關工作，其中包括：加強高端智能再製造關鍵技術創新與產業化應用;推動智能化再製造裝備研發與產業化應用;實施高端智能再製造示範工程;培育高端智能再製造產業協同體系;加快高端智能再製造標準研製;探索高端智能再製造產品推廣應用新機制;建設高端智能再製造產業公共信息服務平台;構建高端智能再製造金融服務新模式。（新聞來源：經濟參考報）
