DRAM漲不停 下季調高5%

DRAM供不應求短期難解，全球DRAM製造龍頭南韓三星半導體通知通路商，計劃明年第1季再調漲DRAM報價，漲幅3~5%，其中以行動式DRAM漲幅較大，這也說明三星在採取節制性增產下，仍不願放棄持續拉升DRAM獲利，推升集團獲利表現，有助破除讓近期市場擔心三星可能會擴產，打亂DRAM產業秩序的疑慮。
三星和SK海力士目前主宰全球逾75%的DRAM市場，因此二大廠的發展策略，也成為關注焦點。近期市調機構認為，三星在連續多季高獲利下，手中現金充裕，可能調整部分產線，增產DRAM。
內存通路商表示，三星增產DRAM仍主要著眼小量提升。由於三星仍通知明年第1季仍將調漲DRAM合約價，雖然漲幅較本季收斂，約上漲3~5%，但也很清楚反映三星不想打破現有DRAM供需失衡，讓價格失序。
內存通路商強調，三星明年計劃再調漲DRAM合約價，將創下史上漲勢最長且漲幅最大的紀錄，主因來自各項應用相當強勁，尤其數據中心對服務器需求增幅相當大，大舉排擠行動式內存DRAM產能，三星因而在本季調漲行動式DRAM報價10~15%，而在蘋果新機iPhoneX預購優於期，加上中國大陸品牌手機廠機海也齊發，再者智能汽車、AI （人工智能），也提高對高頻運算的DRAM需求。 (新聞來源:經濟日報)
