新修訂《中華人民共和國中小企業促進法》頒布

經第十二屆全國人大常委會第二十九次會議表決通過，新修訂的《中華人民共和國中小企業促進法》(簡稱新促進法)正式頒布，並將於明年1月1日起施行。
新促進法在法律框架上將現行法律由7章擴展為10章，由45條增加為61條，在內容上主要呈現以下幾方面亮點：一是進一步明確法律貫徹落實責任主體；二是進一步規範財稅支持相關政策；三是進一步完善融資促進相關措施；四是增加權益保護專章；五是增加監督檢查專章。
此外，新促進法在創業創新、服務措施、政府採購等方面在原法基礎上也做了不少重要的補充和修改。 (新聞來源：中國電子報)
