NOR再漲，旺宏華邦產能被搶光

編碼型閃存（NOR Flash）第4季合約價傳再調漲15%，這是繼第3季調漲10%~20%後，價格再向上推升，成為下半年漲勢最兇猛的內存。法人預估，NOR Flash下半年漲勢強勁，台廠供貨商旺宏、華邦電和晶豪科到年底的訂單已全數被搶購一空，明年即使增加產能，仍將供不應求，不僅成為主要受惠廠商，且明年營運持續看增。
法人最近出具報告指出，受智能型手機導入AMOLED面板、觸控IC及驅動IC整合單芯片及物聯網三大新應用，帶動NOR Flash強勁需求，加上美系二大供貨商淡出市場的影響顯現，NOR Flash第4季報價將再調漲15%%，漲幅與本季相近，凸顯NOR型內存供貨短缺。
內存業者透露，美系二大廠淡出NOR Flash，專注高容量的車用和工規領域。因二大廠全球市佔率高達37%，產能已陸續在上半年移轉，讓今年NOR芯片缺貨無解。業者強調，原本冀望中國大陸能銜接供應，更因矽晶圓廠優先供貨給邏輯芯片廠和DRAM和3D NAND Flash廠，導致中國大陸增產數量受阻，NOR Flash缺口下半年浮現，台廠旺宏、華邦電幾乎已成全球系統廠鎖定供貨來源，其中華邦電產能幾乎被蘋果搶購一空，加上優先供應三星等一線手機廠，讓NOR缺貨持續延燒，推升第4季合約價持續大漲。 (新聞來源:經濟日報)
