大陸頒布《關於進一步擴大和升級信息消費持續釋放內需潛力的指導意見》

大陸國務院日前印發《關於進一步擴大和升級信息消費持續釋放內需潛力的指導意見》，部署進一步擴大和升級信息消費，充分釋放內需潛力，壯大經濟發展內生動力。
《意見》明確了信息消費的發展目標，到2020年，信息消費規模預計達到6萬億元人民幣，年均增長11%以上。信息技術在消費領域的帶動作用顯著增強，信息產品邊界深度拓展，信息服務能力明顯提升，拉動相關領域產出達到15萬億元人民幣，信息消費惠及廣大人民群眾。
《意見》聚焦生活類、公共服務類、行業類及新型信息產品消費等重點領域，提出三方面政策措施，著力推進信息消費升級。一是提高信息消費供給水平；三是優化信息消費發展環境。 (新聞來源：搜狐新聞)
