旺宏、華邦電 都要擴產
旺宏與華邦電是兩大NOR Flash台廠，由於市場供不應求，都有擴產計畫，華邦電董事長焦佑鈞希望在明年中以前扭轉供需失衡情形；旺宏總經理盧志遠則認為，兩家業者擴充的產能很少，其實是杯水車薪。
旺宏去年登上全球NOR Flash市占龍頭寶座，NOR Flash也是最大營收來源，今年首季占營收比重達58%。由於產能滿載運轉也無法滿足客戶需求，因此對NOR Flash采配銷模式。旺宏董事長吳敏求日前指出，下半年NORFlash供給比上半年多，客戶對低功耗NOR Flash需求強勁，主要應用於物聯網與手持裝置等。
華邦電目前4.4萬片單月產能中，有四成是Flash，其餘是利基型DRAM，目前台中廠新的無塵室持續擴產，預計年底月產能可達4.8萬片，明年擴到5.2萬至5.3萬片，後年若擴滿，總產能可達5.6萬片。華邦電已規劃台中廠未來產能增加以Flash為主，也規劃再蓋新廠。焦佑鈞希望擴產後，明年中前將目前NORFlash供需失衡的缺口補起來。(新聞來源:經濟日報)
