PCB銅箔價格4月登頂 鋰電池需求將支撐下半年
觀察銅箔售價趨勢在4月見高後，伴隨LME原銅價格下跌而滑落，凱基投顧預期，加工費於6月將首現月下滑。不過，考量第3季電子傳統旺季與中國新能源車鋰電池需求，將支撐銅箔售價及加工費走勢，因此維持看好台燿後市表現。
雖然銅箔走勢於第2季開始趨緩，但凱基投顧認為，新能源車鋰電池需求將支撐銅箔售價及加工費走勢下，下半年恐將維持高檔，因此銅箔及銅箔基板價格不易大幅滑落，對下游PCB成本衝擊恐持續，其中，維持看好台燿將同時受惠新一代伺服器平台及100Gb高速交換器鋪貨來臨。
至於即將量產蘋果類載板產品、purely伺服器、100Gb高速交換器高速往通基板產品能見度較高。iPHONE手機主板設計由Anylayer HDI轉換成類載板，基板供應商同步置換為以日系Panasonic為主，台廠雖有台光電切入OLED疊構中Interposer基板供應，但產值較主基板大幅下降。
而新一代英特爾Purely伺服器預估於6月開始出貨以台燿、聯茂，及南亞受惠較大，同時，預估資料中心100Gb交換器亦將於第3季重啟補貨動能，以台燿受惠較大。(新聞來源：經濟日報)
