台積通吃中低階製程商機

台積電持續擴充技術領先的28奈米和16奈米產能規模，同時推出更具成本效益的22奈米和12奈米製程，大啖中低階手機晶片、消費性電子、數位電視和車用電子等商機。
台積電共同執行長魏哲家日前在股東會揭露，台積電28奈米以下制程去年營收占整體晶圓銷售金額的54%，比前年的48%，再大增6個百分點，讓公司連續七年在全球晶圓代工市占率持續成長，去年高達56%。據瞭解，台積電今年將28奈米產能再擴增15%，月產量提高至18萬片，同時也推出22奈米製程。至於16奈米製程，除了持續降低16FFT技術的缺陷密度，並改進生產週期，將客戶層由行動處理器擴大至手機基頻晶片、支援電競的繪圖處理器、AR/VR以及AI等產品，也推出12奈米製程技術，搶攻中階手機、消費性電子、數位電視、車用電子、物聯網，以及高階網通等市場商機。(新聞來源:經濟日報)
