輝達組聯盟 攻AI雲端運算
Nvidia執行長黃仁勳近日宣佈，和鴻海集團旗下富士康、英業達、廣達及緯創等四大伺服器製造廠合作，推進AI人工智慧雲端運算領域。
此四大廠商將採用Nvidia的HGX架構，並採用全球最強大、由台積電12奈米製造的Tesla V100晶片所建構的雲端伺服器模組，針對超大規模的資料中心打造AI系統。HGX架構是Nvidia與微軟共同創造的一個速度強大的GPU加速器名稱，不僅能因應作業負載需求，靈活調整，還能針對高效能運算、深度學習訓練，並根據推論的需要，搭配各種GPU與CPU組合。
黃仁勳強調，AI人工智慧已逐漸導入無人車開發，這只是AI的開端。他認為，機器人是最終極的人工智慧，透過人工智慧可以教導機器人執行所有的事，將有助於改善人類的生活。為此，該公司也推出ISAAC機器人模擬器，具備全新的深度學習演算法。(新聞來源:經濟日報)
