元太攜SONY半導體 共營電子紙

元太與Sony子公司Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation共同宣布，雙方將合作成立一家合資公司，合資公司將於4月份在台灣進行登記，並在日本設立分公司，在通過法規申請程序後，將隨即展開營運。元太透過子公司與Sony半導體解決方案公司共同持有合資公司約7成股權，為合資公司的主要股東，其餘約3成股份則由專門投資新創公司的創投公司所持有，公司實收資本額為新台幣4.2億元。合資公司的董事會將包括元太及Sony半導體公司指派的成員，現任Sony半導體公司代表取締役社長清水照士（Terushi Shimizu）將出任董事，董事長則由元太總經理李政昊擔任。
新成立的合資公司將結合元太在電子紙的研發子實力與製造技術，以及Sony在產品開發與營銷上的專業，致力開發新的電紙顯示器產品或系統，進一步擴展電子紙產品應用市場，並為系統夥伴提供整合平台服務。 (新聞來源:工商時報)
