亞洲出口升溫 預告全球經濟回春

儘管全球貿易猛吹逆風，但近月來亞洲出口開始回升，並且可望帶動全球貿易及經濟成長加速。
《經濟學人》雜誌報導，亞洲各出口大國的貿易勢頭逐漸回升中。元月大陸出口出現10個月來首次回升，南韓出口額已連續三個月增加，且調查顯示日本、新加坡及臺灣的出口也醞釀增溫。亞洲製造業接單情況良好，通常預示全球貿易及全球經濟展望良好。要說全球貿易確定回升雖言之尚早，但機率可能已經過半。
貿易回升最簡單的解釋，就是全球需求相當堅實。目前全球經濟成長仍比金融海嘯之前緩慢，但卻朝正確方向前進。亞洲各國也出現結構性轉變。近年來全球貿易減緩的原因之一，是大陸收緊供應鏈；由於太多生產活動都集中在大陸，使跨國交易減少。但大陸的舉動已開始遭遇更多摩擦。大陸雖仍以提高科技業比重為目標，但開發程度較低的亞洲國家正大力推動較低階的製造業。2016年後三季大陸的出口表現已落後于亞洲國家。(新聞來源:聯合新聞網)
