GLOBAL FOUNDRIES落地成都 大陆再添一座12英寸晶圆厂
近日，格芯（GLOBAL FOUNDRIES）與成都市政府在成都高新區宣佈合作，正式啟動12英寸晶圓生產製造基地，投資規模累計將超過100億美元，包括93億美元代工廠的投資，以及生態系統、基礎設施等。就此，大陸西南地區第一座12英寸晶圓廠開建。
格芯新專案一期將建設主流CMOS工藝12英寸晶圓生產線，主要工藝為0.18um/0.13um，預計於2018年年底投產，月產能2萬片。
根據不完全統計，大陸目前有11座12英寸晶圓廠投產，包括SK海力士的2座、華力微的1座、聯芯集成的1座、三星電子的1座、武漢新芯的1座、英特爾的1座、中芯國際的4座。(新聞來源：中國電子報)
