閃存軍備競賽 陸、韓加碼投資
儲存型閃存（NAND Flash）軍備競賽再起，南韓內存大廠SK海力士決定再投資三點一六兆韓元（約八六八億台幣），在南韓、大陸增加內存產能；紫光集團旗下長江存儲武漢廠，預定本月底動土，為2018年供給過於求再現埋隱憂。
各市調機構均看好明年NAND Flash仍供不應求，但南韓內存大廠SK海力士上周宣布將在南韓蓋一座全新閃存廠，在大陸也將加碼投資九千五百億韓元擴充產能，希望市佔率能趕上三星，但也為NAND Flash市場投下新變量。
市場關注的是，紫光集團整併武漢新芯另成立長江存儲公司，已決定本月底舉行新廠動土典禮。這項投資案是近年大陸規模最大投入生產NAND Flash芯片的投資案。
消息人士透露，長江存儲預定在五年內投資二百四十億美元，在武漢東湖高新區興建三座十二吋晶圓廠，預定2020年達到月產卅萬片的生產規模，相關產能估計2018年下半年陸續產出，對全球NAND Flash芯片，將帶來不小程度衝擊。
美光併購爾必達後，將新加坡DRAM廠轉為生產NAND Flash，同時也全力發展3D NAND Flash，其中新加坡10X廠已於今年九月正式投產，美光執行長鄧肯（Mark Durcan）還主持啟用典禮。 （新聞來源：聯合報）
