拚市佔 聯想將並富士通PC業務
日媒指出，聯想或和富士通將在明年3月底前簽署協議，就PC（個人計算機）業務完成合併。合併後，富士通將主攻信息安全（簡稱資安）領域。此前，聯想也曾和IBM以及NEC等公司在PC業務上有多筆交易。
報導引述富士通社長田中達也說法稱，希望在2016財年內（至明年3月31日）完成與聯想的業務合併；他也指出，在合併PC業務的過程中，將避免關閉生產基地及裁員。
田中達也指出，聯想理解富士通在開發以及製造方面的優勢，若協議完成，中日雙方將各自發揮自身優勢經營業務。由聯想控管PC方面，而富士通則開始著手資安領域。田中達也稱，資安將是未來IT的基礎；並預計，未來3年中將投資8.69億美元用於資安研究與開發。 (新聞來源:工商時報)
