華虹集團啟動12英寸高工藝等級新生產線項目

近日，華虹集團舉行了“909”工程二次升級——華力二期12英寸高工藝等級新生產線項目建設啟動活動。
華力微電子二期12英寸新生產線項目將在浦東新區康橋工業區南區建設一條月產能4萬片，工藝為28-20-14納米的12英寸集成電路芯片生產線，主要從事邏輯芯片生產，重點服務大陸國內設計企業先進芯片的製造需求。根據計劃，項目將於今年年底正式動工，2018年年底完成工藝串線、試生產，形成1萬片生產能力，2022年前實現達產。 (新聞來源：中國電子報)
