玻璃纖維布浸膠製粘結片的增值稅：出口退稅率提高到17%

大陸財政部和國家稅務總局於2016年11月4日，以財稅[2016]113號文《關於提高機電、成品油等產品出口退稅率的通知》。覆銅板製造企業生產的“多層印製電路板用玻璃纖維布浸膠製粘結片” (在覆銅板行業又稱商品半固化片、粘結片、PP等)的增值稅出口退稅率，從2016年11月1日起，提高到17%。
該政策自2016年11月1日起執行，《提高出口退稅率的產品列表》中，多層印製電路板用玻璃纖維布浸膠製粘結片的產品編碼為70199021002。 (新聞來源：財政部網站)
