樂視將並購 VIZIO 或進液晶電視品牌前五

繼大陸家電廠商紛紛佈局海外液晶電視市場包括海信取得夏普北美商標使用權、TCL收購墨西哥三洋、以及創維則拿下東芝東南亞液晶電視品牌使用權。近日，大陸廠商購並全球家電品牌的案例再添一樁，北美液晶電視品牌 VIZIO 最終將由大陸樂視 （樂視） 出資10到15億美元的金額收購。
未來、 在樂視正式入主 VIZIO 之後、 樂視將積極拓展北美與香港市場、 全年液晶電視出貨量除樂視本身上看600萬台之外、 加上VIZIO的800萬台出貨量、 總計數量將上看1、 400萬台。此外，全球液晶電視銷量將一舉超越SONY，達到1，400萬台的銷量跨進全球前5大的門檻。（新聞來源:搜狐科技）
