TCL集團擬成立百億規模產業基金

TCL集團2月22日晚間發佈公告稱，公司將和紫光集團成立一只目標規模在100億元人民幣左右的產業併購基金。
TCL集團表示，成立基金的目的主要是助力公司全面推進“智慧+互聯網”戰略，建立“產品+服務”的商業模式，打造兼具產業協同效應和財務回報效應的產業投資平台。這也是繼紫光集團入股TCL集團後，雙方在資本層面的又一個動作。
公告稱，基金將重點投資於紫光集團及TCL集團產業上下游相關產業，包括TMT、工業4.0、“中國製造2025”及“互聯網+”等領域。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
