景旺電子喜獲“2015年度廣東省科學技術獎二等獎”

2月16日，廣東省委、廣東省政府在廣州召開廣東省創新驅動發展大會，會上表彰獲得2015年度廣東省科學技術獎的先進單位和個人，獲獎的項目分別是特等獎1項，一等獎25項，二等獎75項，三等獎134項；其中，景旺電子科技（龍川）有限公司、深圳市景旺電子股份有限公司、廣東工業大學聯合研發的“金屬基絕緣孔高導熱印製板關鍵技術研究及應用”專案獲得“2015年度廣東省科學技術獎二等獎”。
景旺電子科技（龍川）有限公司等單位完成的專案“金屬基絕緣孔高導熱印製板關鍵技術研究及應用”，發明了一種金屬基板專用塞孔樹脂配方，解決了金屬基板絕緣孔樹脂裂縫、分層的問題，耐熱性、熱膨脹係數、填充能力指標超過大陸國內外產品，且成本是進口產品的20%~25%，填補了金屬基板塞孔樹脂的大陸國內及國外空白；發明了一種導熱絕緣層配方及金屬基板材料，絕緣層導熱係數達2.0W/m·K，解決了金屬基板導熱係數低、機械加工性差、絕緣層與金屬基分層、耐熱性差等問題，在安防監控、LED照明領域替代了進口金屬基板材料。(新聞來源：印製電路資訊)
