南京發佈《水污染防治行動計畫》

2月16日，南京市政府下發《南京市水污染防治行動計畫》，《計畫》包括10個部分內容，並為每一項工作任務明確了時間表、責任單位。
今年是“十三五”規劃的開局之年，是大陸國務院《水污染防治行動計畫》實施的關鍵之年，也是全面實施南京“水十條”的一年。“水十條”將加大問責力度，對未通過年度考核的區政府，約談黨委、政府主要負責人，提出整改意見，予以督促，並可對其區域實施建設專案環評限批；對因工作不力、履職缺位等導致發生水環境污染事件的，以及干預、偽造監測資料和沒有完成年度目標任務的，要依法依紀追究有關單位和人員的責任等。(新聞來源：新華網)
