大陸八部委支持工業力度加大

中國人民銀行、發改委、工信部、財政部、商務部、銀監會、證監會、保監會16日發佈《關於金融支援工業穩增長調結構增效益的若干意見》，從六個方面提出一系列政策措施。這六個方面包括加強貨幣信貸政策支持、加大資本市場和保險市場對工業企業的支援力度、推動工業企業融資機制創新、促進工業企業兼併重組、支援工業企業加快“走出去”、加強風險防範和協調配合。 《意見》的發佈實施，旨在進一步增強金融服務能力，突破工業轉型發展面臨的融資難、融資貴瓶頸，加大金融對工業供給側結構性改革和工業穩增長、調結構、增效益的支援力度，推動工業去產能、去庫存、去杠杆、降成本、補短板、加快工業轉型升級。與此同時，將落實差別化信貸政策、 支援企業在各層次資本市場融資。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
