大陸加工貿易向全球價值鏈高端躍升 財政支持力度將加大

大陸國務院日前發佈《關於促進加工貿易創新發展的若干意見》提出，到2020年，加工貿易創新發展取得積極成果，進一步向全球價值鏈高端躍升。大陸商務部外貿司負責人表示，《意見》立足於加工貿易，但又不局限於加工貿易，是指導未來加工貿易發展的綱領性檔。《意見》突出強調重視穩定加工貿易政策預期，下一步，大陸商務部將根據《意見》要求，會同相關部門不斷完善相關政策措施，為加工貿易創新發展提供可持續的優良發展環境。
與此同時，《意見》提出了加工貿易創新發展的四大任務，包括延長產業鏈，提升加工貿易在全球價值鏈中的地位；發揮沿海地區示範帶動作用，促進轉型升級提質增效；支援內陸沿邊地區承接產業梯度轉移，推動區域協調發展等。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
