深圳富士康重啟招工 成本上升戰略或外移

隨著年後富士康業務增長用工需求增加，上周起深圳龍華等廠區已經開放招工。富士康在業績虧損的同時面臨大陸勞動力成本不斷提升，除了郭台銘力推的“百萬機器人”計畫，或許富士康的整體發展、拓展戰略正由大陸向外轉移。 根據富士康國際剛公佈的2012財年業績報告顯示，大客戶訂單數量減少，導致去年該公司淨虧損高達3.164億美元。據瞭解郭台銘近日曾宣佈下一步拓展計畫將專注臺灣市場，擬在新北、台中和高雄建立新工廠，也曾表示富士康及其他鴻海集團旗下的部分工廠或將回遷到臺灣，以“無人工廠”的方式運行，以緩解大陸沿海工廠薪資上漲以及勞動力拐點來臨所帶來的巨大壓力。（來源：21世紀經濟報導）
