超聲電子4/1晚間發佈業績預告，公司預計2013年一季度歸屬于上市公司股東的淨利潤為盈利：1340.79萬元人民幣-2681.58萬元人民幣，同比下降60% -80%。公告稱由於2013年第一季度部分產品需求量及售價較去年同期下降，而原材料和人工成本卻同比上升，影響產品綜合毛利率，導致公司淨利潤同比大幅度下降。（ 來源：證券時報網）
