大族鐳射3.5億元人民幣收購Aritex

大族鐳射1月11日晚間公告，公司擬與國際航空發展有限公司和中航國際航空發展有限公司，合資方共同在香港設立香港 SPV，用於收購西班牙 Aritex Cading S.A.公司95%股權。 此次收購專案，大族鐳射以自有資金出資約4995萬歐元（折合人民幣約3.5億元），占香港SPV 30%股份，中航航發持股55%，中航投資持股15%，Aritex管理層持股5%。
據悉，Aritex主要服務於航空和汽車製造領域，專業為飛機和汽車組裝提供從自動化裝配方案設計、工裝設備製造到系統集成和生產線建設的產品及服務。其獨有專利的柔性工裝、機器人、高精度自動鑽鉚和定位等技術，被廣泛用於空客、波音、商飛、賓士等國際知名飛機及汽車製造商的裝配線上。
通過本次投資，大族鐳射將加強與目標公司的交流和合作，有利於公司現有機器人自動化系統集成業務的技術和經驗積累；同時，相關合作投資方的行業背景和地位也有利於公司業務在未來航空、軍工等領域的拓展。(新聞來源：中證網)
