奧特斯將在重慶兩江新區量產IC載板

近日，從重慶兩江新區管委會獲悉，落戶新區的奧特斯科技（重慶）有限公司計畫於2016年一季度開始量產，項目投產後，奧特斯將成為全球僅有的三家，大陸唯一的新一代高端半導體封裝載板製造商。
據悉，奧特斯科技（重慶）有限公司建立於2011年，是奧特斯集團在大陸設立的第二家獨資企業，主要生產全球領先的半導體封裝載板，項目滿產時，生產規模將達15萬平方米/年。
此外，奧特斯二廠將生產系統級封裝印製電路板，計畫於2016年下半年實現量產。(新聞來源：華龍網)
