大陸工信部印發“互聯網+”3年計畫 聚焦智慧製造等

大陸工信部近日發佈《國務院關於積極推進“互聯網＋”行動的指導意見》行動計畫(2015－2018年)的通知，到2018年，互聯網與製造業融合進一步深化，製造業數位化、網路化、智慧化水準顯著提高。
通知指出，到2018年，兩化融合管理體系成為引導企業戰略調整、業務轉型、組織變革、新型能力培育的重要抓手。到2018年，形成一套完整的兩化融合管理體系標準，10000餘家企業開展兩化融合管理體系貫標，1500餘家企業通過兩化融合管理體系評定，60000餘家企業開展兩化融合自評估自診斷自對標，形成以管理標準促創新、促轉型、促發展的新格局。
到2018年，大陸高端智慧裝備國產化率明顯提升，建成一批重點行業智慧工廠，培育200個智慧製造試點示範專案，初步實現工業互聯網在重點行業的示範應用。
此外，到2018年大陸將建成一批全光纖網路城市，4G網路全面覆蓋城市和鄉村，80%以上的行政村實現光纖到村，直轄市、省會主要城市寬頻使用者平均接入速率達到30Mbps。(新聞來源：中國電子報)
