澳洋順昌投15億人民幣擬建8英寸積體電路晶片生產線

澳洋順昌1月3日晚間發佈公告，2015年12月31日公司與江蘇省淮安市人民政府簽署了《澳洋順昌積體電路晶片專案投資意向書》。公司擬在淮安市清河新區投資建設一條8英寸積體電路晶片生產線，預計投資總額為約15億元人民幣。
該生產線主要研發製造以矽基材料生產IGBT和Superjuction等，同時研發量產碳化矽材料的寬禁帶半導體器件，將在未來1-2年內逐步完成。項目完成後預計可實現年銷售額超過20億元人民幣。
澳洋順昌表示，該項目如能順利實施，並迅速形成產能、將填補國家該行業部分領域的空白，同時就能獲得產業發展的先發優勢，在全國率先形成生產，打造產業鏈，成為該產業領域的先發地區、核心板塊。(新聞來源：PCB技術網)
