台PCB廠高階HDI製程擴產積極

台商大型PCB廠包括華通、欣興及燿華等Any Layer HDI製程廠商競相投入資金擴張高階產能同時，自動化及PCB設備廠都在密切注意並開發製程設備以迎接此一明確商機，而2016年也將看出其市場開發成效。
具有高度資金、技術門檻的高階HDI板仍成台商PCB廠擴充的重點，也有助於避開紅色供應鏈的價格競爭，目前主要生產高階HDI廠商包括欣興電子、華通及燿華電子都在此一領域有擴產的動作。
燿華電子主管指出，目前市場對於PCB產品的需求往細線路移動趨勢下，新擴充的產能也以細線路的設備為主。而2016的資本支出因宜蘭廠區將進行新廠區的增建，其資本支出將超過今年的10-15億元f新台幣；而欣興電子在2016年將把Any Layer HDI製程產能由每月50萬平方呎擴充到70萬平方呎。其中並不包括其運用於IC載板用的既有每月18萬平方呎的Any Layer HDI製程產能；而華通則仍有其在Any Layer HDI製程產能擴充的規劃，其積極投資重慶的涪陵廠也在增設Any Layer HDI製程產能設備，預計華通Any Layer HDI製程產能總產能在2016年將由目前的35萬平方呎擴大到至少40萬平方呎。(新聞來源：鉅亨網)
