TCL聯手樂視 行業競爭恐加劇

TCL近日發佈公告，宣佈旗下控股子公司TCL多媒體與樂視網控股子公司樂視致新簽訂了《股份認購協議》，樂視網將通過樂視致新在香港設立的全資子公司投資22.67億港元（約18.71億人民幣），以6.5港元/股的價格認購TCL多媒體新股2.49億股。
樂視相關負責人表示，未來樂視網智慧電視將借助TCL硬體產業鏈垂直整合的優勢，提升其硬體設計、工藝和視聽水準。從而彌補其在品牌、技術、管道等方面劣勢。
公開資料顯示，目前全球彩電市場上，三星、LG分別佔據第一、第二的市場份額，TCL位居全球第三。TCL今年的出貨量將達到1700多萬台，到明年預計會突破2000萬台。但是TCL電視目前海外銷量接近全產業鏈的50%，在國內市場上，其份額仍然落後於創維與海信，位列第三。
TCL與樂視合作，最直接的影響是進一步加劇行業的競爭，並能夠增加彼此在智慧電視領域的競爭力，從而市場份額和銷量得到進一步提升。(新聞來源：搜狐新聞)
