TCL攜手樂視佈局客廳經濟新生態

12月11日，樂視網發佈公告稱，樂視網控股子公司樂視致新與TCL多媒體簽訂了《股份認購協定》，通過樂視致新在香港設立的全資子公司致新投資22.67億港元（約18.75億人民幣），以6.5港元每股的價格認購TCL多媒體新股3.49億股。
14日，TCL攜手樂視在深圳舉行戰略合作發佈會，披露了雙方在業務合作上的進一步計畫。雙方共同宣佈，未來將圍繞客廳互聯網的大屏用戶，探索創新產品的共同研發、優質內容和垂直服務領域的使用者聯合運 營、打通用戶價值變現體系；同時在供應鏈、管道協同及售後服務方面進行深度合作。
TCL集團表示希望通過雙方合作，把樂視在智慧電視應用和服務，包括產品、商業模式方面的能力與TCL在智慧電視的使用者規模、管道資源以及供應鏈等優勢進行很好的嫁接，建立一個互補雙贏的商業模式。也希望通過這種結合，建立新的所謂生態鏈的商業模式，在下一輪智慧電視產業應用包括產品方面發展中成為一個有突破意義的案例。(新聞來源:上海證券報)
